ކަސްޓަމްސް – ކޮރަޕްޝަންގެ ބޮޑު ހާއްޔެއް
މިއީ މިފަދަ ކަންކަން ހާމަކުރުމުގެ ފެށުން ކަމުގައި ދަންނަވަމެވެ.
ފަހުގެ ޙާދިޘާ ތަކުގެ ތެރެއިން
1- ރީތީ ރަށް ރިސޯޓަށް ރިފަންޑް ދިނުން.
މީގެ 4އަހަރު ދުވަހުކުރިން ރީތި ރަށް ރިސޯޓު ހެދުމަށްޓަކައި އެތެރެކުރެވުނު މުދަލުގެ ޑިއުޓީ މަޢާފްވާ ފައިސާ ގެ ރިފަންޑް ޤަވާޢިދާ ޚިލާފަށް ނެގުން. ކަސްޓަމްސްގެ ޢާއްމު ޤަވާޢިދުގައިވާގޮތުން ރިފަންޑް ފައިސާ ދޫކުރެވޭނީ އެކަމާބެހޭ ލިޔުންތައް 90ދުވަހުގެ ތެރޭގައި ހުށަހަޅައިގެނެވެ. 90 ދުވަހަށް ވުރެ އިތުރުވެއްޖެނަމަ އެފައިސާއަކީ އަނބުރާ ދޫކުރެވޭ އެއްޗެއްނޫނެވެ. މިގޮތުން ކަސްޓަމްސްގެ ވެރިޔަކަށް އިބްރާހިމް ރަޝާދު ހުންނަވަނިކޮށްވެސް މި ރިފަންޑް ހޯދުމަށް އެދުމުން އެކަމަކީ ކަސްޓަމްސްގެ ޤަވާޢިދު ހުއްދަކުރާ ކަމެއްނޫންކަމަށް އެތައްފަހަރަކު ލިޔުމުން ވަނީ އަންގާފައެވެ. މިލިޔުންތައް ނައްތާ ނުލާ ހުރެއްޖެނަމަ މިހާރުވެސް ކަސްޓަމްސް ގައި ފައިލް ކުރެވިފައި ހުންނާނެއެވެ. މިހެން މިކަން އޮއްވާ މިދިޔަ ރިޔާސީ އިންޠިޚާބުގެ ކެމްޕޭންތެރޭގައި ކަސްޓަމްސްގެ ވެރިކަމާ ޙަވާލުވެ ހުންނެވި އިބްރާހިމް ޝާފިޢުގެ( މިހަރު މަޤާމުން ދުރުކުރެވިފައި) ނިންމެވުމަށް ކަސްޓަމްސް ގެ އެއްވެރިއެއްކަމަށްވާ އަންވަރު (މިހާރު މަޤާމުން ދުރުކުރެވިފައި) އިސްކޮށް ހުންނަވައިގެން މިހާރުގެ ޑޮކިއުމެންޓޭޝަން އިންޗާޖް ޙުސައިން ޙަމީދު އާއި ރިފަންޑް އޮފިސަރ ޙައްވާ ޝިފާއަދި ބަޖެޓް އޮފިސަރަކާއި ބައިވެރިވެގެން 43 މިލިއަން ރުފިޔާ ވަނީ ރިފަންޑްގެ ގޮތުގައި ދޫކޮށްފައިވެއެވެ. ކިތަންމެ ކުޑަ ޢަދަދެއްގެ ރިފަންޑެއްވެސް ކަސްޓަމްސް އިން ހަފްތާއެއްގެ ތެރޭ ދޫނުކުރެވޭކަން ފާހަގަ ކުރެވުނުނަމަވެސް މި 43މިލިއަން ރުފިޔާ 1ހަފްތާ ތެރޭ ދޫކޮށް ނިންމާލާފައިވެއެވެ. މިކަމާ ގުޅިގެން އަންވަރު އަދި ޙުސައިން ޙަމީދަށް މީހަކަށް 1 މިލިއަން ރުފިޔާ އަދި ޙައްވާ ޝިފާއަށް 5ލައްކަ ރުފިޔާއާއި ބަޖެޓް އޮފިސަރަށް 2ލައްކަ ރުފިޔާ ލިބިފައިވެއެވެ. މި ދޫކުރެވުނު ފައިސާ ޚަރަދު ކުރެވިފައިވަނީ ޑީ.އާެރް.ޕީގެ ކެމްޕޭނަށް ކަމަށް މުޢުތަބަރު ގޮތެއްގައި ޚަބަރު ލިބިފައިވެއެވެ.
މިގޮތަށް ރިފަންޑް ދޫކުރަންވެއްޖެނަމަ ދޫކުރަންޖެހޭ އެތައްބަޔަކު އެބަތިބިކަން ފާހަގަކުރެވެއެވެ. އެހެންނަމަވެސް އެފަރާތްތަކަށް ދޫނުކޮށް މިފައިސާ މިގޮތަށް ދޫކުރުމަކީ މައްސަލައެއް ނޫންބާއެވެ؟ .
